Google is once again exploring the placement of the site name above the URL and description in mobile search result snippets. We’re also seeing more rounded favicons in those samples.

How Google Has Been Exploring Site Names In Search Result Snippets

As you can see, the site’s name is at the top, followed by the URL and then the description/snippet details. Since 2011, Google has been exploring site names in search result snippets in various patterns and applications. The favicons are also rounded on the left side, something Google has been trying for a few months. Khushal Bherwani believes they are about to go live, but I am not sure.
